Origin Dining

Everything we serve is grown on our land and processed by our hands. If we don’t produce an ingredient ourselves, we promise to source it organically, sustainably, and as close to home as possible. We cultivate your meal with respect, honoring the true nature of each component. Food preparations focus on the complete cycle of life: from seed to harvest to nourishing the lives on the farm. Our livestock forage on open pasture and are processed on-site in our licensed, inspected facility, and all plants are raised in our gardens or wild foraged from the open prairie. Through soulful preparations and attention to the ingredients, we strive to bring the highest quality plate to the table.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a farm-made beverage and an invitation to tour the grounds. View our gardens, meet the animals, and follow mowed paths through the pristine Kansas Prairie. Guests then gather around our handmade elm tables to experience a seasonally inspired multi-course meal, cooked over live fire and served with beverage pairings.

Gather around our table to celebrate your vital relationships with nature and one another.
