    Origin Dining

    Origin earned its title because growing food, cooking it over fire, and sharing it with family and community is the way our ancestors did it. Every ingredient we use was harvested from our land or from a farm nearby. We like to say, "everything but the salt".

    Weekly changing menus are inspired by the fruits and vegetables growing out of the ground and the animals living on the the pasture. Space around the table is limited to 20 guests per night, so make your reservations in advance and check back the day before your dinner to see what’s in season.
