Origin Dining
Origin earned its title because growing food, cooking it over fire, and sharing it with family and community is the way our ancestors did it. Every main ingredient we use was harvested from our land just a few hours or days ago, except for our preserved foods – but those too were prepared to ensure their vitality.
Weekly changing menus are inspired by what’s coming out of the ground and off the pasture. Space around the table is limited to 30 guests per night, so make your reservations in advance and check back the day before your dinner to see what’s in season.

Wildfire Events
Leave the city static behind and join us for Prairie concerts, workshops, cultural celebrations, and retreats. May through October, The Burning Barrel sets the stage and provides the food and drinks so you can relax and enjoy the scene.
