Origin Dining
Origin earned its title because growing food, cooking it over fire, and sharing it with family and community is the way our ancestors did it. Our pork and poultry is raised on 15 acres of pasture, vegetables and fruits are grown from seed in our gardens and wild foraged from the prairie. If we didn't produce it ourselves, we promise to source sustainably and organically from as close to home as possible. We like to say, "everything but the salt". Food preparations focus on the complete cycle of life: from seed to harvest to nourishing the lives on the farm. Through soulful preparations and attention to the ingredients, we strive to bring the highest quality plate to the table.
Weekly changing menus are inspired by what’s growing out of the ground and the animals living on the pasture. Space around the table is limited to 20 guests per night, so make your reservations in advance and check back the day before your dinner to see what’s in season.
