Winter Rest

November to May, we process: animals & roots, landscapes & gardens, event & cooking spaces, plans for the future.

It is a quiet, introspective time for living things. We hope you have been enjoying the transition, preparing for a new season of growth.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with us! We’ll be presenting at 2 pm, joined by others in the industry who are “Growing to Maintain the Needs of Restaurants”. Preceded and followed by thinkers, doers and teachers that contribute to the Kansas food and farming community, there is much to experience at the conference. Thanks to KRC for keeping us connected and in the know!
