June / July Reservations are now open! Limited space available - just 12 sparkling summer nights.

The gardens will be bursting with succulent greens, hardy beets, bright radish, and juicy blackberries. Fresh chicken harvest in early June.

Spring Unfurling

Back in the soil and back in the eggs! After the long dormancy of Winter - and a proper cold one this year - we are happy to be planting potatoes, soaking up the sun and getting our first seeds into the ground.

Every Season, we recall that time in the previous year. In writing menus for the restaurant, rotating the animals on new pasture, clearing dried and fallen debris - we reflect: What were we doing then? Why did we do it like that? How can we do it better?

It always comes down to this: We will build on our experiences and do everything we can to make this the best year yet. We are grateful to be happy, healthy and free to continually create here on this land.

Sincerest thanks for your enthusiastic support and participation as we embark upon our 4th year in business!

In 2025, our emphasis will be growth. Quality, not quantity, is the root of our elemental design, and we can’t wait to share these new developments with you:

  • Establishing unique, new ingredients in our high tunnel

  • Updating the events barn

  • Getting our distillery up and running

  • Harvesting from our now mature fruit trees

  • Adding new, fun Wildfire Events to the calendar

And these early Spring winds are fanning the flames. This year, our seasonal calendar is bursting with happy couples exchanging vows on the Prairie, tapped-in companies commemorating their hard work, and folks celebrating a most special occasion.

We are honored to provide the nourishment, natural space and unique design for your ideal event!
